Our environmental policy is a central component of our corporate strategy. As a company operating in the circular economy, we are predestined to shape a sustainable future and make our contribution to environmental protection. We are committed to integrating environmentally friendly practices and minimizing our environmental impact.

1. Appropriate measures and intentions

We implement measures appropriate to the size of our company and the scope and nature of our activities, products, and services. These include:

Selection and use of environmentally friendly resources: We prefer environmentally friendly materials and resources to minimize environmental impact.

Reduction of waste volumes: We implement measures to avoid and reduce waste, and promote the recycling and reuse of waste electrical equipment. We preferably use reusable materials such as mesh boxes or packaging made from renewable raw materials.

Safe handling and disposal of hazardous substances: We ensure that all hazardous substances contained in waste electrical equipment are safely handled and disposed of to minimize environmental and health risks. We cooperate as a collection point for batteries with a certified battery recycler and regularly train our team in handling hazardous substances.

2. Framework for setting environmental objectives

We have established a framework for setting specific, measurable, and achievable environmental goals. These goals are regularly reviewed and adjusted to ensure they reflect current environmental requirements and our commitments. Examples of our environmental goals include:

• Development of reliable key performance indicators
• At least 30% reduction in annual fuel consumption from employee car journeys to/from work compared to 2024.
• Reducing energy consumption by at least 7% within the next two years.
• Increase the use of reusable packaging by 15% within the next three years.
